We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NeriTales Bookstore. However, suppose you are not satisfied with your purchase. In that case, you can return the e-book within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you have already downloaded the e-book.
